The idea is very simple: the camper kit is built in two independent modules, hence the name "2+1". The "+2" module is the larger part and creates a comfortable single bed, while the "+1" module completes the layout into a full double bed when you need it. In a typical small van such as a Berlingo or Rifter M, the +2 module offers around 75–80 cm of bed width and leaves approximately 35–40 cm of free space to carry a bike inside the vehicle or other bulky equipment.
