General information, privacy and purchase terms

1. General information and contact details

Welcome to Kit Muebles Camper. We want to help you choose suitable equipment for your vehicle and buy with confidence, clear information and attentive support.

The business responsible for this activity and for sales is:

  • Company: La Promesa de Dios con Nosotros S.L.

  • Trading name: Kit Muebles Camper.

  • Spanish tax identification number — CIF: B22715585.

  • Registered and returns address: Travesía Sierra de Gata 3, 28500, Arganda del Rey, Madrid, Spain.

  • Email: kitmueblescamper@gmail.com.

  • Telephone: +34 653 871 812.

These terms govern the use of our website and purchases through our sales channels. References to "we", "us" and "the company" mean La Promesa de Dios con Nosotros S.L.

Specific consumer protection rights apply to customers purchasing as consumers. No provision restricts mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. Our commitment: trust, delivery and support after purchase

Our faith in God inspires us to work with honesty, responsibility and fairness. We want every customer to receive what was agreed and every issue to be resolved with respect and clarity for both parties.

Delivery and checking the furniture

When you collect the furniture from our workshop, or we deliver and place it in your vehicle, we check its apparent condition, operation and correspondence with the order together with you. Your acceptance records what was checked at that time without limiting support for defects that may appear later.

For purchases concluded entirely in person at our business premises, we do not offer change-of-mind returns where the product matches what was agreed, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If the purchase was concluded remotely, the statutory right of withdrawal remains available during the applicable period, even if delivery or inspection takes place in person.

Checking and using the equipment

You may carry out the checks necessary to get to know the furniture, verify compatibility and test its operation.

Travelling while using the equipment, sleeping on it or cooking may go beyond those checks and cause a loss of value. If you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, we may apply any legally permitted refund deduction, always assessed individually, supported by evidence and explained. Use alone does not automatically remove that right.

Legal guarantee and workshop support

The legal guarantee applies from delivery. If a covered issue arises, we will assist you by appointment at any of our operating workshops, regardless of where you purchased the product.

Work will be organised at our premises. Where necessary, we will coordinate collection, transport or another appropriate solution to fulfil the guarantee without significant inconvenience and without charging you costs that legally fall to the business.

Our commitment is to stand behind our work and seek a fair solution, respecting both the customer and the effort and care that go into making every piece of furniture.

3. Contract formation and order documentation

To purchase, you must have the necessary legal capacity and provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and vehicle information.

Before confirming your purchase, you will be able to review the product's characteristics, included items, total price, delivery charges, payment terms and agreed timescales. If you notice an error, contact us to correct it before confirmation.

The contract is formed when the offer is accepted according to the terms communicated for the purchase. Subsequent collection or payment of the remaining balance at a workshop does not, by itself, turn a purchase already concluded remotely into an in-person purchase.

We will provide the order confirmation and terms in a form you can retain. Documentation will be kept for the applicable statutory periods, and you may request a copy.

Specific terms agreed for an order supplement this document and take precedence where more specific, subject to the customer's statutory rights.

4. Products, compatibility and finish

We supply furniture, camper conversion kits, accessories and services expressly included in each quotation or order.

Customers must accurately provide the vehicle model, version, length and configuration where needed to determine compatibility. We remain responsible for the information and advice we provide.

Photographs may show optional accessories or different configurations. The product description and order confirmation will identify what is included. Differences between screen displays do not justify supplying a material or finish different from what was ordered.

Our furniture combines CNC machining with manual assembly and finishing. Depending on the selected option, we use materials such as dark HPL-faced vehicle-body plywood and phenolic plywood.

Natural variations in grain, shade or texture and slight machining or assembly traces may occur, including millimetre-sized marks or shallow surface scuffs. These will be assessed individually and are acceptable only where consistent with the material, advertised finish and quality reasonably expected of a new product.

Breakages, structural impact damage, malfunctions, damage affecting safety or durability, and discrepancies from agreed dimensions or compatibility are not simply manufacturing characteristics. Cosmetic defects may also constitute a lack of conformity.

If an individual item departs from the required conformity standard and is sold in that condition, the customer will be specifically informed before contracting and asked to accept that departure expressly and separately where permitted by law.

5. Prices, payments, availability and changes

Consumer prices will include applicable taxes. The total amount, including relevant charges and extras, will be disclosed before purchase.

Payment methods, deposits and due dates will be those stated during the purchase or in the accepted quotation. Advance payments are deducted from the total price and are not automatically non-refundable: repayment depends on the reason for cancellation and applicable rights.

Availability, manufacture and delivery will be specified for each order. If a problem arises, we will inform the customer and propose a solution. We will not substitute agreed materials, products or configurations without consent.

We may update prices and content for future purchases. Such changes do not unilaterally alter existing contracts.

If we identify a significant error in an offer, we will notify the customer and address it under applicable law, without imposing a higher price or an unaccepted substitution.

6. Delivery, collection and installation

Delivery coverage, charges and the agreed timescale or date will be disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, the statutory delivery deadline applies.

The order will specify whether delivery is kerbside, palletised, by our own driver or with placement in the vehicle. Installation and other services are included only where agreed.

The delivery note may record the checks and observations made at delivery. Signing it does not waive statutory rights or prevent defects being reported later.

We recommend inspecting packaging and reporting visible damage promptly to help resolve it. Failing to note damage with the carrier does not, by itself, remove rights against the seller.

For a separate installation service contracted remotely, the general withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract. Starting during that period requires the customer's express request. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance, or a proportionate charge for work already performed, applies only where the legal requirements are met. Fitting the furniture does not, by itself, remove withdrawal rights relating to the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, you generally have 14 calendar days starting on the day after receipt of the product to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason.

This right applies even where the product matches the order. Workshop collection, delivery by our own driver or in-person inspection does not remove it where the purchase was concluded remotely. Off-premises purchases are governed by their specific statutory rules.

Simply send a clear statement to our email or postal address. We recommend including your name and order reference. Prior approval and use of a particular form are not required.

After notification, you must dispatch or hand over the product within the following 14 calendar days, unless we have offered to collect it. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. Any legally applicable extensions or longer periods will be respected.

Withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, in the circumstances permitted by law and with prior information. Manufacturing after an order or choosing from standard models, materials and options is not, by itself, sufficient to apply that exception.

Personalised products retain their legal guarantee and must match what was agreed.

8. Product condition, costs and refunds

You may unpack the product and carry out the tests needed to establish its nature, characteristics and operation, taking reasonable care.

Where handling beyond those checks causes actual diminished value, a legally permitted deduction may apply. It will be justified individually according to the product's condition and the demonstrated depreciation.

We do not impose automatic penalties or fixed percentage deductions for opening packaging or testing the furniture. Original defects and depreciation resulting from necessary checks will not be charged to the customer. No diminished-value charge will apply where the legally required withdrawal information was not provided.

For withdrawal returns, customers bear only the direct return costs properly disclosed before purchase. For furniture that cannot normally be returned by post, the transport cost or legally required estimate will be provided beforehand. If that information was not provided, or the law requires collection at our expense, we will bear the relevant cost.

We will refund payments received, including initial standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notice. We will not refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option chosen instead of the least expensive standard option offered.

Unless we have offered to collect the product, we may withhold the refund until we receive it or evidence of return dispatch is supplied, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to the customer.

9. Errors, damage and exchanges

If the mistake is ours or the product arrives damaged

If the product does not match the contract, we have sent the wrong model, or it has transport damage for which we are responsible, we will put things right at no cost to you.

You may request an exchange for the correct product or a return for a refund. If you prefer to keep it and repair is appropriate, we can agree on that solution. We will cover the relevant necessary collection and replacement costs.

If you made a mistake when choosing

We will help arrange an exchange or replacement with the appropriate product, subject to checking compatibility and availability. Transport charges and any price difference will be explained before you agree.

For personalised or already used products, we will assess adaptation or exchange options and communicate them in writing. This option does not replace or restrict statutory withdrawal rights.

If the error resulted from our advice despite receiving accurate vehicle details, we will treat it as our mistake.

10. Packaging and collection of returns

Products must be returned with the components and accessories supplied and protected appropriately for their weight and size.

For palletised furniture, minimum requirements are:

  • A sturdy, appropriately sized pallet.

  • Furniture secured with suitable fixings or straps.

  • Protected corners, edges and surfaces.

  • Secured drawers and moving parts, with no loose components.

  • Mattresses and accessories protected from dirt and moisture.

We recommend retaining the original pallet and packaging. If unavailable, you may use equivalent materials providing safe protection. Wrapping does not have to look new.

We will advise on preparation and carrier requirements. Clearly inadequate packaging may prevent collection until corrected and may affect cover for damage in transit.

When we arrange transport, we will coordinate the declared value and relevant cover. Insurance is governed by the terms of the booked service; adequate packaging alone does not guarantee compensation for the full value.

For issues covered by our responsibility or the legal guarantee, we will coordinate the necessary packaging and collection solution without charging you costs that fall to us. Correcting packaging does not, by itself, invalidate a timely withdrawal notice.

11. Legal guarantee

The legal guarantee applies from delivery, independently of withdrawal rights.

For new goods subject to Spanish law, we are responsible for a lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within the following three years, subject to statutory rules on evidence, suspension of time limits and the rights applicable to each international sale.

A manufacturer's commercial warranty does not reduce our statutory responsibility as seller. This also applies to batteries and other components supplied.

Normal wear and damage actually caused by misuse, subsequent impacts, overloading, inadequate maintenance or third-party modifications are not covered as original defects. This does not exclude cover for unrelated defects.

Where goods lack conformity, consumers may choose between repair and replacement under the legal conditions and, where applicable, seek a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Support will be organised at our operating workshops, by appointment, in accordance with our commitment in section 2. This applies in countries where we have our own operating workshops, not to any independent workshop.

Covered work will be free, including materials, labour, necessary transport and, where applicable, removal and reinstallation. It will be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, respecting any applicable statutory maximum periods.

Before commissioning an external repair for which you intend to seek reimbursement from us, please contact us to coordinate it, without prejudice to statutory rights. The seller remains responsible even if another workshop in our network performs the work.

12. Privacy policy

Controller

La Promesa de Dios con Nosotros S.L., using the contact details in section 1.

Data and purposes

We process identification, contact, billing, delivery, order and vehicle information needed to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, manage purchases and payments, arrange deliveries and installations, issue invoices and handle returns, guarantees and complaints.

Your communications with us will be used for those purposes.

Legal bases

Pre-contract steps and performance of the contract allow us to manage quotations, orders and after-sales support. Legal obligations justify invoicing and record retention.

Defending claims and securing our systems may rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where processing requires consent, it will be requested specifically.

Information necessary to enter into the contract or deliver an order must be provided to enable the service. Optional information will not be a condition of purchase.

Marketing communications

These will be sent only with consent or another applicable legal authorisation. You may object or unsubscribe free of charge at any time. Merely browsing does not constitute marketing consent.

Access and recipients

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised staff and recipients needed to provide the service or comply with the law: carriers, payment institutions and providers, technology, hosting and email services, professional advisers and competent authorities where appropriate.

Only information necessary for each function will be shared. The shop uses Webnode as its technology platform. Providers processing data on our behalf must comply with the required contractual and confidentiality safeguards.

International services

Using technology providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where relevant, this must be supported by an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or another mechanism permitted under the GDPR. You may request information about relevant recipients and safeguards by email.

Retention

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or contractual relationship and subsequently for applicable statutory retention and liability periods.

Data processed solely on consent will no longer be used for that purpose following withdrawal, without prejudice to legally necessary retention.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to kitmueblescamper@gmail.com or our postal address.

Additional identity information will be requested only where necessary. We will respond within GDPR deadlines, generally one month, subject to permitted extensions.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.

Security and confidentiality

We will apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk and restrict access to those who need it for their role. Private communications and identifiable customer images will not be used for advertising without appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.

Cookies and similar technologies

Technologies not necessary to provide the requested service require prior information and consent where required by law. Accepting these terms does not mean accepting advertising or analytics cookies. Specific information about the technologies used must be supplied through the relevant management mechanism.

13. Website use, intellectual property and comments

The website must be used lawfully and respectfully. Introducing malicious software, accessing systems or data without authorisation, impersonating others, sending fraudulent communications or infringing third-party rights is prohibited.

Texts, photographs, designs and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may consult and retain information necessary for your purchase. Commercial exploitation of other parties' content requires permission where legally required.

If you submit a review, comment or material for publication, you must have the right to share it and respect others' privacy. Submission does not give us unlimited permission to use it for advertising.

We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent or offensive content, or content improperly disclosing personal information. Legitimate complaints will be handled through the stated contact channels.

14. External services, operation and liability

Third-party links and tools may have their own terms and policies. Their presence does not remove our legal responsibilities or allow us to transfer to the manufacturer our guarantee obligations for products we sold you.

The website may experience maintenance interruptions or technical incidents. We will endeavour to restore service and maintain alternative contact channels.

We may proportionately restrict fraudulent use or access that threatens security. This does not remove obligations arising from valid orders or prevent the exercise of guarantee, return or complaint rights.

Each party is responsible for damage legally attributable to it. There is no blanket exclusion of liability or automatic obligation for customers to indemnify the company against every third-party claim.

15. Updates, applicable law and complaints

We may update these terms for future contracts. Existing purchases retain the terms applicable to them, unless validly agreed otherwise or a mandatory legal change applies.

If a provision is invalid, it will be treated as unwritten and the remaining provisions will continue where the contract can remain effective. Failure to exercise a right immediately does not waive it.

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection arising from their habitual residence or other applicable rules. Jurisdiction is determined by law; customers are not required to use only the courts where the company is based.

You may submit enquiries and complaints by email, telephone or post. We will provide an acknowledgement and respond within the applicable statutory deadline, not exceeding one month where that limit applies, unless a shorter period is required.

If an issue remains unresolved, you may contact consumer protection bodies, competent alternative dispute resolution entities or the relevant courts. This provision does not constitute membership of a particular arbitration scheme.
